**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**
- Managing the mainline phone and general inbox
- Working with the HSEQ team to ensure compliance documents are filled correctly
- Maintaining the register of demo stock
- Assisting the sales and tech team with the coordination of conferences including organising catering and venue bookings
- Booking accommodation and travel for staff, both domestic and international
- Upkeeping the general office tidiness
- Any other general office administration duties
**THE NITTY GRITTY**
We are on the lookout for some one that has a genuine love for customer service and assisting a team. This role will suit someone who has a passion for organisation and someone who can hit the ground running with all things administration. We will also be looking out for:
- Previous administration experience
- Great people skills - bring the sunshine to the office
- A professional manner in your dealings with both colleagues and stakeholders
- Very strong attention to detail skills
