Entry Level Administration Assistant

Our client is a specialist in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions as well as providing fast and friendly IT procurement services. Having serviced the industry for over 10 years, they take pride in delivering fast, reliable and convenient solutions that meets their customer’s needs. They are currently seeking a switched on and friendly Admin Assistant to service their customers and continue delivering this commitment.
Based in the Norwest Business Park with onsite parking available, this role is suitable for someone who is looking to transition into an administration role or may have recently finished school.
No previous admin experience required and full training/support will be provided.
This role will see you responsible for:
- Providing admin support for all aspects of the customer engagement process such as order tracking, deliveries, and invoices etc
- Processing customer orders including data entry and association documentation/administration.
- Acting as the Receptionist and being the first point of contact for calls.
- Assisting with preparing quotes.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
- Demonstrated commitment and drive to exceed customer expectations;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Willingness to learn and do;
- Organisational skills; and
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Baulkham Hills, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
