This is your chance join a fast-paced womenswear retailer with a cult social media following and a business that is experiencing skyrocket growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the critical path and assist the Senior Production Coordinator to ensure all key deadlines are consistently met.
- Liaise daily with offshore factories and suppliers to ensure garment costing and quality standards are met.
- Ensure the efficient flow of production processes and approval between design and production samples, follow up on PPS and photoshoot samples, and ensure they adhere to tech pack specifications.
- Work closely with freight forwarders to coordinate air & LCL freight from suppliers into the warehouse.
- Manage all factory invoicing for the Production department.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in a similar role.
- Strong relationships with factories and sourcing capabilities with excellent negotiation skills.
- A natural problem solver who can quickly regroup and come up with a course of action when things don’t go to plan.
- Garment construction knowledge.
- Organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
