Vodafone is a fastmoving brands that offers great value mobile plans to customers. The Product Coordinator is a key role that will influence, lead, and drive the Vodafone Prepaid & Lebara Mobile Trading Plan & Roadmap, whilst also continuing to support daily operations and build the Vodafone Prepaid & Lebara business through market and customer analysis, reporting and marketing campaign execution. Reporting to Senior Product Manager (Prepaid Mobile – Retail), the Product Coordinator will work with peers and leaders in the consumer mobile team to define the “in year” trading plan and strategic roadmap for Vodafone Prepaid & Lebara.
The Product Coordinator will be responsible for bringing this plan to life, working to seek all approvals necessary to ensuring CAPEX initiatives are funded/resourced and planned, whilst driving all go-to-market activities associated with trading and key product deployments. This is a key support role to assist Vodafone Prepaid & Lebara in recognising their growth objectives and requires an all rounder that can support the day to day to keep the trading heartbeat of Vodafone & Lebara competitive, whilst planning and managing tasks & priorities that help deliver the game changing product initiatives to customer throughout the year.
You'll make impact by:
- Supporting the Senior Product Manager (Prepaid Mobile) & PM (Vodafone prepaid) in building and delivering the commercial budget & product roadmap for Vodafone Prepaid &Lebara.
- Planning and tracking key product changes, ensuring all business casing and PMO processes (inc. presentation at key forums) are progressed to the relevant stages to support timely advancement in the product deployment lifecycle (this requires weekly attendance at project WiPs and PMO planning sessions)
- Supporting the Vodafone Prepaid & Lebara consumer trading team (Sales/Product/Pricing/CLM) to assess the impact of product/pricing changes and deliver change quickly and efficiently via regular communication and planning with key support vendors (i.e., IT teams)
- Regularly monitoring the activity and impact of key competitors on Prepaid/M2M product lines (share examples regularly in weekly WiPs)
- Brainstorming new revenue lines and opportunities for Vodafone Prepaid & Lebara to meet or exceed their growth objectives, this includes managing any ad-hoc risks that present to in year/future budget.
- The role is dynamic in nature, and from time to time you may be required to reasonably support other Product Coordinators or Brands with trading or product support if there are short term resourcing bottlenecks.
- Managing day to day operations including market and customer analysis, reporting and marketing campaign execution.
- Always being on the lookout to improve the way we work and speak up with suggestions for a better way, with the aim of exceeding our customers’ expectations.
- Planning your work and being ready to take advantage of the opportunities and risks that come with our ever-changing industry.
What you’ll bring:
- Prior product, marketing or digital experience; accompanied by a bachelor's degree.
- Energy and enthusiasm combined with a strong retail background.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A natural ability to consider commercial needs while seeing the world through the customer’s eyes.
- An ability to think innovatively as new ideas are key to driving customer growth and the customer experience.
- Strong communication skills.
