**This role is also responsible for**
- Coordinating the case management of ACAP cohorts and individual students
- Delivering professional advice and services, and engaging with specialist and academic colleagues to ensure students can successfully progress in their studies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first ethos
- Advanced competencies in using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and student records software
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and a willingness to be flexible in undertaking administrative duties
- Demonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all administrative activities
- Ability to work as part of a team and in a way that is flexible and adaptable
- Self-directed with an ability to identify, secure and nurture opportunities and relationships
- Self-disciplined and independently driven but able to work effectively in a team environment with shared goals
