Your New Role
The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality support to both internal and external advisers who assist Aware members. As the first point of contact, the Adviser Engagement Consultant provides end-to-end operational and phone-based support, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience. In addition, you will:

  • Manage inbound enquiries via telephone and relevant operational queues;
  • Handle all Adviser queries in a professional, efficient and accurate manner and accountable for the end-to-end adviser experience; and
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and peers to provide service excellence to the Adviser network.

  • Proven ability to support financial advisers through both written communication and scheduled inbound call handling;

  • Apply a sound understanding of legislative requirements and internal business rules to all interactions and processes;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally;
  • Represent Aware professionally in all interactions, embodying the organization's values and commitment to service excellence; and
  • Contribute to business initiatives and foster a culture of openness by providing constructive feedback and suggestions.
