**About the Role**

As the Learning & Capability Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning initiatives that empower our people to excel. You'll work closely with stakeholders to assess capability needs, create tailored learning solutions, and oversee the seamless delivery of programs across our platforms. Your leadership will be central to driving continuous improvement and ensuring learning initiatives are aligned with business goals and leadership development models.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programs across various formats to meet diverse organisational needs.
- Guide your team in creating content using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Microsoft Office, and video/graphics editing tools.
- Oversee the management of our learning management systems, ensuring an exceptional user experience and effective tracking of learning outcomes.
- Align learning initiatives with broader business objectives and leadership capability models.
- Regularly evaluate and refine learning programs responding to feedback and needs.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality health outcomes for our patients, by supporting our clinical quality and safety team in the delivery of essential learning.
- Alongside our health professionals deliver continuous professional development activities to support ongoing learning and upskilling. Partner with our vendors and build a partner network to bring leading learning solutions to our business.

**About You**

You possess exceptional facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage diverse audiences. Your strong project management and organisational abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail, allow you to effectively manage competing priorities. A proactive, self-motivated approach and a passion for continuous improvement will drive your success. Tertiary qualifications in education, training, human resources, or a related field further support your expertise.
