The **_Capability and Leaning Consultant _**plays an integral role in delivering on the learning needs and designs, and developing and delivering our capability and learning programs.

You will work in a highly regulated and fast paced environment to enable the Group to effectively and efficiently manage its financial crime risks in line with the Group’s AML/CTF program.

- Develop and design face to face and digital learning tools including learning materials, eLearning, video, infographics, audio podcasts, animation, communication materials and html content.
- Maintain currency in relation to evolving learning content and practices to ensure learning resources are contemporary and fit for purpose.
- Review, refine and adjust learning content, materials and resources based on quality assurance and SME feedback.**We’re interested in hearing from people who**
