Learning and Capability Specialist

We're on the lookout for a Learning and Capability Specialist,who shares our passion for helping more people feel their version of good. As a Learning and Capability Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of LCA's in-clinic training program for our therapists and clinic team members. This role would suit an existing Clinic Manager that wants to step into training or a Senior Therapist that is skilled in all of our treatments.

What you'll do:

  • Delivery of classroom training in clinic as per the national training calendar
  • Coordination and delivery of in-clinic training and coaching within the assigned region (this region may include interstate and regional visits on a regular and ongoing basis)
  • Ensuring that programs and initiatives are delivered in line with the Learning & Capability Strategy and LCG's mission and purpose
  • Communicating new L&C strategies and programs across the region
  • Driving relationships and engagement with internal and external partners

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

  • Must hold a certificate in Laser safety officer (LSO)
  • 5+ years' experience in laser hair reduction services and skin rejuvenation, superficial pigment reduction and capillary reduction.
  • A certificate IV in training and assessment would be preferred
  • Must hold a driving licence, as the role will require frequent travel to regional clinics
  • Previous technical training experience is preferred
  • Previous Beauty Therapy experience is essential (5+ years)
  • Tertiary qualifications in beauty therapy, maintain infection control, Coolsculpting (preferred), Kleresca (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level facilitation and coaching skills
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • People and process orientated
