**The Opportunity**
If you are a technically adept problem-solver with leadership skills and extensive food production experience, this
**Team Leader/Supervisor** position is your chance to shine. Your key responsibilities will include leading a team of 6-8 staff to deliver a high quality product, overseeing food processing, assembly and packaging, to meet production targets.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Overseeing staff as a Leading Hand / Supervisor
- Managing food processing, assembly, and packaging lines
- Ensuring Quality Control and adherence to recipes
- Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment
- Monitoring and maintaining production and output rates

**Skills & Experience**:

- Be an experienced Machine Operator (food production)
- Have proven team leadership experience in a similar role
- Have extensive food production experience
- Be technically minded with experience troubleshooting production line issues
- Have a thorough knowledge of quality control systems and food handling processes
- Be a clear communicator able to lead by example
- Have a high level of personal hygiene
- The right to permanently live and work in Australia
