This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
- Initial 3-month contract with possible extension paying approx $900/day
- Brisbane CBD Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week

Activities include but are not limited to the following responsibilities, skills and experience:

- Development and delivery of effective one-on-one and group end user training via online platforms (for example, Microsoft Teams).
- Development and ongoing maintenance of end user training materials and manuals.
- Proactively participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the system infrastructure and providing efficient system maintenance.
- Perform core daily checks and ongoing system monitoring.
- Create, change, and delete user accounts per request processes.
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, including a demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and negotiate outcomes with a focus on building strong customer outcomes.
- Act as a proactive and effective member of the TransLink PT Systems Support team and work with relevant stakeholders and project teams as required.
- Demonstrated experience with the administration of Content Manager will be highly regarded.
