Administration Officer

What you'll do:
- Undertake and perform effective management of records, from the point of capture into the records management system, through to the final disposition.
- Remain compliant with general record-keeping practices, in accordance with legislative and policy guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships through interpersonal skills including the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Use information systems and software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and eDRMS Content Manager to perform administrative and records management activities.
We are searching for someone who has:
- Oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to apply those in an administrative support role.
- Knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire, of policies and practices relating to records management.
- Experience in prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, solving problems and implementing solutions within a set timeframe.
- Competence in the use of computers and software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, electronic mail and scheduling.
