**About the Role**
We are hiring our first Head of Cyber Channel and Partnerships to build and lead our national channel and alliance function. This role is a strategic and operational leadership role focused on developing and executing a clear partner strategy that supports the growth of Triskele Labs through Managed Service Providers (MSPs), strategic partners, and vendor alliances.
You will have full ownership of the partner program. This includes everything from designing the structure, identifying and onboarding aligned partners, managing ongoing performance, and collaborating internally to ensure partnerships are successfully integrated into our go to market and service delivery model.
You will also take responsibility for vendor partnerships that support and complement our core service offerings. This includes managing relationships, co-marketing initiatives, joint value propositions, and ensuring vendors contribute positively to our service delivery standards.
This is not a role to simply build a partner list. It requires a strategic doer who can operate at pace, bring structure where needed, and deliver results. You will be measured against clearly defined KPIs, including partner onboarding milestones, commercial outcomes, and strategic contribution. An OTE component is available, tied specifically to the onboarding and performance of new partners.

- Experience in cybersecurity, managed services, or technology consulting with a strong focus on partnerships or alliances
- Proven ability to design, build, and manage channel programs or partner ecosystems
- Clear understanding of what makes partnerships succeed beyond commercial alignment
- Comfortable switching between strategic planning and execution
- Excellent relationship builder, able to gain trust and maintain influence across internal and external stakeholders
- Confident working independently with strong accountability to delivery and KPIs
- Organised, structured, and outcome focused with a collaborative mindset
**Key Responsibilities**
**Channel and Partner Program Leadership**
- Design and deliver a national partner program that aligns with Triskele Labs’ values and service portfolio
- Define program tiers, partner benefits, commercial models, and routes to engagement that prioritise quality over quantity
- Build the frameworks, tools, and playbooks needed to onboard, enable, and support partners effectively Own the ongoing management and evolution of the partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business growth
**Partner Acquisition and Enablement**
- Proactively identify high-quality MSPs and service-led partners to onboard into the program
- Lead outreach, qualification, onboarding, and enablement activities for each new partner
- Develop and maintain training material, sales support documents, pricing models, and delivery playbooks
- Ensure a consistent experience for all partners from onboarding through to engagement and ongoing collaboration
**Vendor Relationship Management**
- Act as the primary contact for all technology and service vendors Triskele Labs engages with
- Manage ongoing vendor performance, renewals, commercial agreements, and co-marketing activities
- Align vendor partnerships with our service delivery goals and ensure they contribute positively to client outcomes
**Operational Execution and Performance Monitoring**
- Own partner pipeline, reporting, and performance metrics in CRM and reporting tools
- Drive awareness and activation campaigns in partnership with Marketing
- Ensure handover to Delivery is smooth and that partner-led engagements meet internal quality standards
- Maintain visibility and accountability across all active partners and vendors
**Cross Functional Collaboration**
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure partner strategy is integrated into all business functions
- Act as a connector across internal teams to enable partner-sourced or influenced opportunities to succeed
- Be the internal advocate for the partner channel, educating teams on how to support and work alongside partners
**KPIs and Incentives**
- This role includes a KPI framework that will be agreed at the start of each quarter
- KPIs will include partner onboarding, enablement completion, sourced revenue contribution, and partner retention
- On-target earnings (OTE) are directly linked
