**What’s the Opportunity?**
The Head of Indirect Channels will be responsible for driving go-to-market engagements with our partner ecosystem across our Enterprise and Government customer base. We have more than 200 partners that are actively growing our customer base and an increasing revenue stream. We have bold ambitions to scale our indirect business over the next 5 years.
In this role you will own the on-going strategy development for our channel business in Australia, selectively increase our partner network, elevate our partner program to the next level and help us to win new opportunities through Indirect Channels.
**What you’ll do**:
- Own the evolution and execution of our channel program
- Identify new partnership opportunities across MSPs, distribution partners, alliances, reseller and consulting partners
- Develop a plan to enhance these partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition by truly understanding the sweet spot of each partner and then developing relationships and business plans accordingly
- Be accountable for the channel sales target and forecast
- Enable and/or support the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product and other internal teams to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain critical relationships within the prioritised alliances, distributors and partners with specific emphasis toward growing our indirect business and increasing high quality lead flow
- Represent the interests of the assigned partners to drive engagement and focus internally
- Activate our ‘Crazy about Customers’ value for all partner planning
- Ensure commitment from the partners for revenue goals, pipeline development, focus and capabilities critical for GTM and customer success
**What we need from you**
- Demonstrates the Vocus Values; **One Team, Our People, Disruptive Thinking, Crazy About Customers**:
- Must have 10+ years of previous Telco or Technology experience including channel/business development and people leadership experience
- Ideally will have domain expertise in selling network solutions, security, cloud and/or SaaS
- Previous history managing partner relationships, including business plans, strategies, and forecasts
- Experience with Channel programs and partners in ANZ
