Sydney Water has partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C), a consortium comprising of Service stream Maintenance, Service stream utilities to deliver; design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the Partnering 4 Success(P4S) program in Sydney Water's Southern Region of Sydney.

What are we looking for?
D4C is seeking a talented IT Transformation Specialist with a range of skills to join our team.
This dynamic and enthusiastic individual is the advocate for the InEight Suite of products, Jobpac ERP, P6 and supporting business systems that underpin D4C's ability to deliver construction projects and maintenance activities.
The opportunities in this role / roles includes, but are not limited to:

- Build an understanding of how each InEight module is used across the business and which systems it's integrated with.
- Build maps of key business processes to understand where a manual process has been implemented
- Build a sustainable ‘knowledge check' for the Jobpac and InEight user base to frequently assess user capability across the organisation
- Participate in Technology Leadership meetings to understand broader business challenges and opportunities
- Leverage SME knowledge to feed into training plans and vendor engagements

**Essential Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Knowledge of construction (utilities desired)
- Understanding of Project Controls
- Working as an IT Business Partner or Product Owner
- Business Analysis & requirements gathering
