- **The Client**
Our client is a major organisation in the higher education sector in Sydney with over 5000 staff and over 40,000 students, offering hundreds of under-graduate and post graduate courses. It is a public purpose organisation, currently, part way through a major 10-year transformation and build across the business.**The Role**
We are seeking a
- **Portfolio Coordinator**, a role based within a newly formed EPMO. Your role will be to ensure program governance and policy guidelines are adhered to and are constantly being improved on. You will be a part of the strategic program portfolio governance framework, standards and practices to support the achievement of the strategy capability.**Duties & Requirements**
- Developing and maintaining key EPMO documentation templates, communication, and channels, including but not limited to Teams, Sharepoint, Intranet
- Developing and implementing the communications plan for the program and project delivery community
- Exposure to senior stakeholders, managing schedules and preparing workshops
- Creating compelling communication materials as directed, to reflect the EPMO's intent to be highly professional, clear, and engaging

**About You**
- Involved in large organisations within PMO or EPMO
- Experience within Education/Public sector an advantage
- Knowledge of portfolio, program & project management desirable
- Demonstrated experience in Graphic or visual design for business documents
- Demonstrated experience in establishing communication and document management standards
