**How you'll make an impact**:
Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team’s mission is to empower Xero's sales team to achieve performance targets in a way that creates a #beautiful experience for our partners. If the Sales team is the rocket ship, GSE is the engine.

Their role is to arm the sales teams with information, resources, strategies, programs and projects to help them drive activation of ‘payments’ in Xero with Accountants and Bookkeeper by positioning the power of the Xero Platform.
The bar is high. The opportunity is BIG.
**What you'll do**:
- Work closely with a global sales enablement community and the product specialists to identify gaps in Sales' knowledge or resources related to payments and subsequently design effective solutions (courses, articles or campaigns)
- Turn information into a sales narrative to deliver real impact.
- Execute on a strategy to support our sales teams to activating payments and the small business platform with Xero’s Accounting and Bookkeeping partners
- Project manage strategic learning and performance programs for payments
- Design and develop content to support long-term behavioural change for our sales team
- Work closely with the regional sales enablement managers to deliver a payments focused learning agenda in region
**What success looks like**:
- Accurate assessment of the current state and skill gaps.
- Rollout of initiatives that drive desired outcomes.
- An engaged sales team, actively involved in programmes
- Ongoing support from Xero stakeholders (pre-sales, sales, sales ops, product, product marketing etc)
**What you'll bring**:
- Strong understanding of how our customers use our platform and the problems we solve.
- Leverage insight, creativity and exceptional execution to create a compelling narrative
- Bring loads of initiative, ability to collaborate and work autonomously
- Be comfortable with and positively respond to customer and market changes
- Passion and desire to make a difference and contribute as a member of a dynamic team
- Working with sales and relationship/account management teams, preferably in saas, financial services or a similar domain.
- Project management and the ability to adapt with changing priorities
- Design and development of learning/marketing or sales content
