The Office Coordinator is a role that supports our onsite Employee Experience functions at the Sydney office. You will manage the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for all employees and visitors, successfully coordinating vendors, responding to employee requests and maintaining office services. As an integral part of our Digital Workplace team, you will assist in planning events and activities that reinforce our fun, collaborative culture and enhance our employee experience.

**You Will**:

- Successfully coordinate facilities contractors and maintain office services at our APJC HQ Sydney site
- Create and maintain a guest experience that is welcoming, personable and efficient
- Assist with Cisco badging operations by coordinating with Facilities on badge requests, issuance, and activation
- Hands-on facilities and AV support for meetings and events
- Support our in-office food program by coordinating vendor access and monitoring stock levels
- Maintain office supplies
- Plan regional employee engagement events
- Maintain office security standards and support emergency response processes
- Solve a wide range of Facilities help tickets and employee requests, supporting the Digital Workplace Help Desk
- Manage new hire set up and orientation
- Support space planning initiatives and small office projects

**You Have**:

- 1+ years of relevant experience and are passionate about the employee experience.
- Fantastic customer service skills connecting with employees and guests.
- Superior organizational, time management and prioritization skills while working under pressure.
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
