**ABOUT THE BRANCH AND TEAM**
The Case Support team, within Human Resources Branch provide support and assistance to all employees and managers on a range of people related matters such as:
- employee relations
- HR policy and procedures
- performance and wellbeing case management
- workers compensation processes
- early intervention and return to work processes
- Code of Conduct investigations
- Review of Actions matters.
**ABOUT THE**
**OPPORTUNITY**
As a Case Support Officer, you will:
- Provide general administrative support to the Case Support team associated with human resource functions including but not limited to, procedure development, workers compensation processes, health and wellbeing initiatives, early intervention and rehabilitation
- Respond to general enquiries, referring matters to the appropriate team member as necessary
- Assist in the preparation of confidential documentation and correspondence as required
- Maintain electronic and hard copy employee records and other documentation including collating and filing of documentation in various electronic systems
- Assist with workstation assessments and the provision of ergonomic equipment
- Provide administrative support for project work and training initiatives
- Contribute to developing a safe and inclusive workplace
- Participate in organisation-wide, site based and team meetings, collaborative planning activities and other meetings or activities relevant to position
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes ensuring services provided are professional and legislative standards are met.
