**Your new role**

Your new role as an APS5 Case manager quality officer you will be required to work effectively under mínimal supervision. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Conduct quality assurance and quality control
- Implementation of quality surveys
- Assist in developing and implementing improvement strategies for achieving goals
- Supporting the Quality team as needed
