Your role will see you involved hands on with the process from concept to completion. Your initiative, proactive approach and keen eye to detail will give you full autonomy.

Working closely with the Designer and the team your duties will include:

- Raising and issuing purchase orders to suppliers
- Liaising with manufacturers and maintaining relationships with new suppliers
- Working with suppliers to ensure samples and deliveries are on schedule
- Working with pattern makers to resolve any issues with production
- Ensuring sample packs are sent in an efficient manner to meet deadlines
- Ensuring all administration tasks are completed in our inhouse systems
- Help ensure the quality of our garments is of high standards
- Support and help manage costing and negotiation process with stakeholders
- Identify potential production, quality and costing issues and make appropriate recommendations whilst maintaining design and quality
- Report weekly on production status and escalate any exceptions
- Document new processes

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Degree or diploma qualifications in têxtile manufacturing is an advantage
- Understanding of garment construction, fitting and concept to delivery is highly regarded
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
