**We have an exciting opportunity to join the Bunnings Supply Chain & Logistics Team working at the VIC Greenlife Crossdock in Heatherton Victoria**

**About the role**

Reporting to the National Crossdock Manager as a Greenlife Crossdock Transport Coordinator, you will lead a small team to coordinate day to day logistics activities for both inbound and outbound programs for Greenlife, focusing on plants but potentially expanding to include additional gardening care products. You will liaise and mediate between stakeholders, undertake various types of reporting and carry out strategic planning for improvement/innovation of the Greenlife XDC systems/network.

**_This role is based in our National Support office in Burnley (just behind Richmond) and will also spend regular time at our Greenlife XDC in Heatherton (Victoria). _**

**What's involved**:

- Provide support to ensure service offer is met by all service providers
- Ensure prompt delivery of products and assist both Store and Transport Operations in resolving issues
- Collaborate with Bunnings transport manager to plan and maintain store delivery schedules
- Coordinate relationship and performance of preferred transport & 3PL providers
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance and meet key performance indicators
- Provide logistics and administrative support to inbound and outbound programs

**You’ll also need**:

- Leadership experience managing a team.
- An interest in plants.
- Logistics experience or an interest in learning/development.
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bunnings systems
- Good time management and ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and relationship building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
