**Internal Sales & Customer Support Team Member**

Full time position available, working in a friendly team environment based in our North Melbourne head office.

**This role involves**:

- Dealing with wholesale account customers
- General customer inquiries regarding our range
- Account customer P&A's
- Processing orders
- Sales admin duties

**Skills and Experience**:

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Sales or wholesale customer service experience
- Industrial, Automotive or Hardware experience will be beneficial but not essential
- Punctual and reliable approach to work
- Good written and verbal skills

**Benefits**:

- Salary $50,000 to $65,000 (depending on experience)

**About Us**:
Champion Fasteners have been operating since 1968. We supply fasteners, tools and ancillary products to Automotive, Hardware, Industrial and Mining industries. We offer wholesale trade and retail range solutions to most major brands with in these industries.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
