**About the Role**

We have an incredible opportunity for a Wholesale Supply & Account Coordinator to join our team at Smiggle. As a key player, you will be working closely with the Wholesale Operations Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our wholesale department. Your role will involve executing essential tasks, liaising with suppliers, and building strong relationships with international and external partners. This is your chance to make a significant impact on our global success story This is a 12 month contract located at our Support Office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

**What You'll Be Doing**

As the Wholesale Supply and Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for an array of engaging tasks.
- Confirm wholesale orders with suppliers, advising Wholesale team of any changes
- Managing accuracy of orders, ensuring system / report reflects customer orders placed
- Request and prepare information for Smiggle packing lists and invoices for handovers
- Initiate, approve and manage bookings with freight forwarder
- Arrange and approve balance payments of wholesale orders
- Liaise with suppliers on customer specific requirements, for example barcode, labelling and packaging requirements.
- Creating captivating catalogues that excites our partners for upcoming seasons
- Working closely with our supplier base to ensure our partners’ orders are shipped on time
- Collaborate with our Sales and Planning team to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional support to our valued partners
- Set up new partners and effectively manage our existing partners’ order requirements
- Responsible for day to day execution of tasks related to key accounts, including but not limited to quality control admin, sample coordination, catalogue and order form creation, product templates and other customer product requirements

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel
- 1-2 years of wholesale experience is preferred, but not essential
- We value excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential
- The ability to build relationships effortlessly with both internal and external stakeholders, making you an invaluable asset to our team
