The Tech Network Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of relationships with key tech networks to ensure the maximisation of tech network partnership deals.

This role sits within a newly created function that will develop and commercialise agreements with technology platforms and new channel partners to generate revenue for News Corp’s content.

**What’s the role?**
- Support the negotiation of News Corp Australia’s commercial agreements with major technology platforms.
- Work with News Corp global colleagues, the Head of and GM of Tech Networks to secure platform deals to commercialise NCA content and access new audiences.
- Evaluate and value alternative models pitched by the platforms to ensure new initiatives deliver revenue growth in the short and medium term.
- Perform analysis and assist in developing the business case for approval of all agreements and establish robust content valuation frameworks.
- Manage ongoing relationships with platform partners, including preparing and presenting reviews of partnership performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the key local players at existing and potential partners by understanding their drivers and the emerging opportunities with a focus on social media and digital video.
- Implementation of platform agreements: With the Head of and GM of Tech Networks
- Use data analytics from across the business to inform tactical moves to optimise the agreements and derive the true value for NCA.
- Drive performance improvement by supporting the cross-organisational effort to optimize platform partnerships.
- Create relevant, lucid and effective insights and reports. Be hands-on in hunting for analytics and insights.
- Use expertise in digital channels, particularly social media platforms and video as a content medium, to problem solve and create shared value.
- Act as the organisational authority on managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters.

**Who you are**
- University Degree in business, communications, economics, marketing or other related.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial partnership management and program delivery in a large and complex organisation, providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes and challenges.
- Strong understanding of the major tech platforms such as Google, Meta, Apple etc and how they attract audiences and grow revenue; and an understanding of entertainment-focused tech platforms such as TikTok, Snap, and Spotify.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, using suitable tone and tact in communication tailored to the stakeholder and intended audience.
- Solid data analysis and insights skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different business units and organisational levels, and cross-functional teams.
- A strong preference for work-related interdependence, group decision making, and pursuing shared goals.
