Working as a Trainer, you will be responsible for the induction, training and coaching of contact centre teams. Reporting to our Head of Onshore Operations, you will gather and analyse performance data to develop targeted training and coaching that contributes to achieving optimal collections outcomes.

**In this role, you will;**
- Deliver induction training sessions to ensure all team members have the required skills and competency to perform their role
- Provide coaching and feedback through 1-on-1 sessions and call listening exercises
- Listen to calls and review performance data to locate trends and determine required training
- Work closely with the leadership team to align training expectations and outcomes
- Document and report on all training and coaching provided

**What you'll bring;**
- Experience in a training or coaching role within a Contact Centre environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work predominantly on-site in our Melbourne CBD office
