Contact Centre Trainer Wanted
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and driven Trainer to join our Contact Centre Training team at our new Contact Centre in the iconic QV Building in the Melbourne CBD.

**Description**:
**About the role**:
This role reports into our National Contact Centre Training Lead, along with our National Customer Support Team Manager. The successful applicant will be required to support and contribute to a contact centre training program and framework delivering training and support to new and existing staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Facilitating training to new and existing Contact Centre staff across multiple sites when required
Contributing to the development of a training program and framework to equip our Lite n’Easy staff with the required skills and behaviours to support our customers in the Lite n’Easy Contact Centres
Supporting Lite n’Easy staff in delivering customer service that exceeds the expectations of and embraces healthier choices for our customers
Delivering updates to training content along with design of new content to support the growth of our Contact Centres
Contributing to an operational training plan to support our teams in achieving goals and objectives through ongoing identification of opportunities to enhance the performance of
Active management of operational tasks ensuring that delivery of training is seamless and supporting the needs of our staff.
**What You'll Bring**:

- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or other qualifications - highly preferred
- A genuine passion for training and facilitation of new and existing Contact Centre staff
- High level of drive to seek new business opportunities for facilitation and design of training
- Passion for providing a high-level customer experience
- Ability to become proficient in Lite n' Easy products, services, systems, processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving / critical thinking skills
- Strong emotional intelligence with ability to build / maintain effective relationships
- Advance proficiency in MS Office, Articulate and desktop computer skills
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change / able to implement change effectively
- Be open to flexible working hours and interstate travel as required
