**The role**
This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our vibrant Melbourne Contact Centre, starting on
**Monday 6th February**. You will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls from customers and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience regarding their everyday banking needs.
This is a foundation level sales and service role within the banking industry and a great opportunity to learn about banking and financial service sector from the ground up, with the support of trainers, leaders and mentors, helping to set you on a pathway for a successful banking career.
**A little bit about you**
- Our aspiring phone-based Bankers will have a strong background in customer service, hospitality, sales or similar.

**Hours and training**
Our part-time Bankers have two shift options below to choose from to help fit into any busy lifestyle.
- Monday to Friday 8.00am to 12.00pm daily (20 hours)
- Monday to Friday 10.00am to 3.00pm daily (25 hours)
Initially your training hours will be full-time based in our offices for your first 8-week office to ensure you’ve been set up for success in your role before moving to your chosen part time shift. And of course, once training is completed, you will be able to enjoy our Hybrid WFH model 2 days per week.
