MGA Insurance Group is an award-winning Risk Management & Insurance consulting firm with innovative experts in their fields. Including a small office in Brisbane, we are a team of ten industry professionals looking for a new team member to assist in our growth and maintain our high levels of client service.
**About the Role**
We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the North Sydney team to support consulting and sales team members. In addition, the role would include creating and managing Social Media content for our clients, working alongside an external marketing company.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting kick-start their professional career, with a flair for the creative, in a varied role that offers great career development with opportunities in the Financial Services industry. Duties can include:
- Creating Social Media content
- Phone based Customer Support
- Accounts administration such as Debtor management
- Data entry & document generation
- Electronic filing
**About You**
Experience in prior administration based roles is not required - we've perviously had great team members join our business from retail, hospitality and customer service based roles. The right attitude, a friendly persona and positive mindset are valued highly, along with the following:
- Must have demonstrable Social Media content generation experience along with experience in using Adobe Premier and Canva.
- Comfortable in uploading content across a range of platforms.
- Must be a self motivated, proactive and focused individual who is confident and flexible in their work.
- Confident user of technology & very familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent writing, formatting and communication skills, and a strong eye for detail.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
