**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to join our Training Team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for the efficient completion of a range of administrative duties to support the smooth delivery of our scheduled, virtual and on-site training services within non-accredited and accredited training.

**About you**

You will have previous experience in an administration role with excellent organisational and time management skills and proven experience in multi-tasking and handling several queries at once. Excellent customer service skills, to provide assistance to members as well as to our internal team, are also a must. In addition, you will have:

- Experience in an RTO or education environment (desirable)
- Proficiency in JR Plus (SMS), Moodle (LMS), and Salesforce (CRM)
- Knowledge of RTO standards, Skills First program, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proven customer service experience and ability to multitask
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
- Team-oriented mindset
