**Position Purpose and Responsibilities**

Working directly for the Group National Operations Manager, the National Administration and Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing administrative operations across the business, while also ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The purpose of this role is to maintain efficient administrative processes and systems, as well as to mitigate risks associated with compliance issues.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Administrative management
- Compliance oversight
- Policy development
- Audits and investigations
- Reporting and documentation
- Risk management
- Collaboration and communication

Overall, the National Administration and Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of administrative processes while upholding legal and regulatory requirements. By effectively managing compliance risks and fostering a culture of compliance, you will contribute to the business's success and reputation.

**Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience**
- Experience in managing an administrative team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to multitask and work on your own initiative
- Strong analytical skills and ability to extract and articulate data to wider audiences
- Proven ability to lead and deliver successful outcomes on projects
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have a proactive attitude, a motivation and desire to succeed
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to undertake (must have satisfactory outcome)
- Valid National Police Check or willingness to undertake (must have no disclosable outcomes)
- Be eligible and have the rights to work in Australia
- Unless a valid medical exemption applies to you, you must be fully vaccinated (and maintain this status in accordance with public health advice or company policy) against COVID-19. You must also provide proof of vaccination status or evidence of a medical exemption upon request.

**Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience**
- A solid and practical understanding of the GTO/RTO industry, or labour hire operating environment (preferably multi-state)
- Understanding of the VET sector, including GTO/RTO compliance and administration
