This role will be a lead in the execution of the Delivery growth plan, improve operational execution through field engagement/training, deploy capacity growth enabler plan and collaborate with each 3PO on operations and customer experience improvement plans.

It is a newly created position and is a great opportunity to be a real change agent within the business to help bring Macca's further along our growth plan.

**The main responsibilities of this role**:

- Lead field engagement & provide ongoing restaurant support
- Manage the operations & restaurant Center Of Excellence execution
- Support Delivery Leads & help execute regional plans
- Deliver the MyMaccas ops launch
- Market visit & 3PO relationship management
- Courier engagement plan and execution
- Data insights & reporting
- Expansion opportunities (incl SD)
- Onboarding/deployment & new restaurant support
- Design & Capacity deployment
- Provide continuous and outstanding customer experience
- Product launch follow-up
- Tech & IT support/trouble shooting
- Global 3PO liaison
- Service café ticket escalations & follow up
- RFM menu and product support
- Assist with trading hours & portal support

**Your background**:

- Relationship management
- Strategic planning and thinking
- Execution proficiency - results orientated
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience with operations and Licensees (not critical)
- Supplier management
- Holding self and others accountable
- Ability and experience leading others and teams
- Ability to analyse data and create improvement plans
