**Job Description**:

- 12-month Fixed Term Contract
- Location: St Kilda Rd, Melbourne or Sydney Olympic Park

New opportunity for a **Change & Deployment Lead **to join our Workforce Management team, where you will manage organisational change and deployment activities and lead a staged rollout across 100+ sites.

This role will suit an organisational change professional with recent and specific experience on workforce management projects.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage change at site level and support Workforce Planners, Managers, and T&A Administrators transition into new roles and responsibilities.
- Define interim processes to help sites transition from legacy processes.
- Lead multi-modal training delivery including self-paced learning, process workshops, and workplace training interventions.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage deployment plans with a commitment to quality and time frames.
- Coordinate with project, support, and other teams to ensure quality and timely deployment execution.
- Contribute to quality customer experiences with the Time & Attendance function and continuously identify solution, standard operating procedures, and operating model improvement opportunities.
- Build, maintain and monitor relationships with site and operational leaders, recognising potential risks and mitigating as appropriate.

**Qualifications**:
**To ensure your success in this role, you will possess**:

- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including consultation, negotiation, and effective communication throughout the customer experience.
- Experience working with technical, payroll, HR, employee and industrial relations specialists.
- Experience working on workforce management, payroll, or related projects in large and complex organisations.
- Experience of complex, high volume payroll environments (Australia).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, through communication, negotiation, issue, and expectations management.
- Knowledge across UKG’s Workforce Dimensions, Workday, Preceda and Fastrack 360 advantageous
