
Deployment Coordinator

This role will be responsible for the deployment of all relevant installation movements of Teletrac Navman products and book install-related work, communicating effectively through the installer network.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To be a contributing member of the Global Field Service and Deployment team
- Through available internal and external contractor resources, manage the deployment of TTN solutions, for new
and existing customers through coordination and scheduling of installation and service work.
- Resolve escalated service requirements.
- Support existing customers with RMA repairs, work orders & TOW to the installer network.
- Ensure orders, resource engagements are processed within a designated timeframe.
- Maintain professional, timely and clear communication with installers, contractors, customers, and others involved
in the process.
- Provide a contact point with customers to obtain the level of customer satisfaction they require.
- Recognize/identify at risk situations, liaising with appropriate internal support to ensure that an issues or problems
are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Liaise with installers and customer to manage the planning of project work.
- Accountable for service delivery performance in Australia, New Zealand and other regions as required.
- Keep key stakeholders informed about installation schedules and manage solution implementation across multiple
sites/premises.
- Validate installation services performed.
- Manage customer billing and vendor payment.
- Schedule internal Field Technicians [where applicable].
- Support internal partners where required.
- High level of customer service skills both face-to-face & over the phone.
- Display a high level of self-motivation.
- Willingness to take ownership & be held accountable.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced positive culture, supporting a strong team environment.
- Strong desire to succeed with a desire for organizational progression.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

- Working knowledge of GPS & fleet management technology a bonus but not necessary
