**Key responsibilities**:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Insights Consultant/Analyst to broaden their analysis skills and work with customer data. You will work across our customer loyalty platforms (Coles Synergy and Priceline Pulse) and empower clients to make data driven decisions. Your day to day responsibilities include:
- Consult with clients to define business problems
- Effectively use data analytics to provide recommendations to solve the problem
- Champion the use of customer loyalty data and IRI's proprietary data visualisation and analytics platform with clients
- Manage the client relationship and engagement
- Ensure the execution of account plan initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the business development team to generate new business opportunities and drive renewal strategies with existing clients
**We're looking for**:
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar
- Previous experience in insights or category management within a market research agency or FMCG manufacturer/retailer
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners
- Excellent attention to detail
- Capability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to influence business decisions
