**_ The role_**
- The Consultant, Change Insights and Analytics will play a pivotal role in providing insights to Business & Private Bank through creative data visualizations and dashboard creation, with the goal to support strategic decision making and driving improved change experiences for our Customers and Colleagues. To do this you will create and maintain dashboards, and maintain and govern the data that enables them. You will play a pivotal role in embedding the dashboards across the B&PB divisions to better inform stakeholders of the volume and provide visibility of the type of changes being experienced._
- A big part of the role will be the generation of impactful reporting and dashboards to aid and support the business in making critical and informed business decisions. Also enabling the Manager Change Frameworks, Standards and Insights to refer to data when providing business insights that lead to updated and new strategic outcomes based on clear and concise insights._
- To do this successfully, you will be a data and insights expert with experience working with Data, Dashboards and the governance of it._

**_ Your opportunity_**
- _Manage, Maintain, and deliver key Data sets that provide insights from multiple sources across the division_
- _Create and generate dashboard’s using Power BI providing key insights on current Change themes_
- _Meet and collaborate with key stakeholder delivering key insights using data visualizations techniques_
- _Identify best practise techniques to deal with Data related challenges and opportunities to automate production dashboards_
- _Work closely alongside the broader NAB Change team with projects and current initiatives_
- _Provide SME knowledge on Data tools, frameworks, and overall processes_

**_What you'll bring:_**
- Strong data analytics and governance skills with demonstrated ability in complex data maintenance, administration and manipulation/summation
- Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining strategic dashboards, preferably Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills, in particular macros, power pivots, power queries
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing SharePoint lists and forms
- Proven experience in developing business insights for strategic purposes
- General understanding of change management principles
