In the role of **_Consultant, Customer Communication Insights _**you will join the Customer Communication Insights team that’s doubling down on owning it.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Lead the use of advanced analytical techniques for exploring data to provide data driven insights and support strategic decision making across Marketing
- Understand the digital customer experience, including trends and customer data flow to translate into strategy design
- Conduct pre/post campaign analytics to help shape customer contact strategy
- Develop improved analysis approaches and test and learn frameworks

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Experience in SQL and analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of digital customer experience
- Financial services experience, especially consumer or business banking
- To be open minded, proactive and eager to learn new skills
