**How will I Help?**

This client-facing role provides Structured Finance (SF) solutions to our corporate and institutional banking customers, with a focus on credit analysis, structuring, negotiating and documentation. The role also includes responsibility for developing and maintaining SF customer relationships and portfolio management.

You will support Directors to identify prospective SF opportunities with customers that lead to new business, including preparation of marketing materials and terms sheet;

You will develop key internal relationships with the Head of Structured Finance and the team members, Treasury, Debt Capital Markets, Credit, as well as external relationships with SF customers, banks, intermediaries, and investors.

**What do I need?**

To be successful you will have the following:

- Recent experience working with customers that have financing through securitisation markets, preferably in Australia
- High degree of numeracy and financial competence, including financial modelling, complex credit analysis, legal, tax and/or accounting
- Formal qualifications in quantitative disciplines such as accounting, finance, engineering, actuarial studies etc would be well regarded
- Proven ability to work in small deal teams under tight timeframes and other undefined constraints
- Proven ability to develop superior understanding of client’s industry/business
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiations skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of a customer’s organisation
