Our client is a reputable real estate private credit lender, that are experiencing a rapid period of growth Known for their entrepreneurialism, our client is truly innovative in their approach to balance sheet and funding. They consider unique and one of a kind means to fund their loan book through structured finance solutions.

Our client is looking for an Investment Manager to join their Structured Finance and Investments team. This is a market-facing role responsible for managing and strategizing funding, liquidity and financial risk management for a large lending book. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Originating opportunities with banks and non-banks to negotiate and structure warehouses
  • Creating bespoke financial models to support securitisation transactions
  • Managing the existing FX swaps/forwards book
  • Managing liquidity requirements of warehouses
  • Managing the data room and responding to financier requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-7 years' experience in securitisation, treasury or debt advisory
  • Strong financial structuring and financial modelling experience
  • Securitisation/warehousing experience
  • A strong interest in real estate and private credit
  • Creativity and commerciality
