Order Fulfilment and Production Coordinator

**The Role**

The Order Fulfilment and Production Coordinator is responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of D2C and B2B orders as well as day-to-day accountability for several tasks within the production and order fulfilment process. All of our roles are hands-on and broad in nature to assist us in successfully scaling our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Production and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the timely fulfilment of orders.
- Work with order fulfilment staff to dispatch orders accurately and promptly within WTW’s expected timeframe.
- Escalate promptly any delays to wholesale orders promptly to the Operations Director and Sales Director.
- Work with the Sales Director to understand order priorities (if any).
- Work with the Customer Experience Executive to ensure all D2C orders are dispatched in a timely and exceptional condition and to ensure no errors are made throughout the packing process.
- Work with the Customer Experience Executive to find ways to continually enhance the experience of customers receiving their goods.
- Supervise the order fulfilment process and ensure that order fulfilment processes are upheld, reviewed, and improved upon with the view to increase dispatch times and reduce error rates.
- Maintain a clean and well-organised order fulfilment station.
- Complete and manage build sheets at the beginning of each day and assist to transfer updates from the sheets into Cin7.
- Supervise and train new staff on the pick-packing process.
- Ensure that the most cost-effective shipping options are selected and consult with Operations Director where appropriate.
- Maintain alignment of order fulfilment status across Cin7, Starshipit and Shopify and escalate any issues to Senior Administrator
- Book daily pick-ups with couriers and act as the primary contact for all pick-ups.
- Ensure that orders are stacked appropriately and separated by courier.
- Ensure that all couriers collect the correct packages.
- Actively participate in identifying hazards and escalating serious OHS issues to the Operations Director.
- Report on the status of both D2C and B2B orders.
- Work with Partnership Managers to edit orders in a timely manner with the view of ensuring customer receives correct stock.
- Assist Partnership Managers with enquiries into delivery status and tracking information where required.
- Assist with any production as required.

**You Will Possess**
- Minimum 6 months manufacturing worker experience.
- Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality to ensure that every product is consistently shelf-ready.
- A good level of physical strength and fitness.
- A curiosity and natural ability to analyse and optimise systems, processes and workflows.
- An ability to identify problems and find solutions quickly in a cost effective, timely and efficient manner.
- Confidence and energy to drive the team to meet established targets.
- An ability to learn and adapt to changing environments and new information quickly.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
