This is a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate administrator to join the Hands team and become an integral part of our close-knit, high performing brand with lots of opportunity for long-term growth together.

**The role**

We are looking for an administration to support the operation and coordination of the store. The position starts as a part time, then it has an opportunity to be full time. This varied role involves general office administration, as well as:

- Data entry, documents filing and coordinating with management
- Managing orders, products and invoices from suppliers.
- Assisting in marketing activities.
- Other general office administration duties and support to the business when required.

Essential to your success will be:

- Excellent time management skills, strong communication/inter-personal skills and your previous experience in a similar role.
- Skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Highly developed problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Customer-services oriented and good communication.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- The ability to work as part of a team and without supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
