Hall Manager

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage Front-of-House Operations
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house activities during service
- Ensure smooth and efficient table turnover and customer flow
- Monitor cleanliness and ambience of the dining area
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

2. Lead and Supervise Hall Staff
- Allocate daily roles and responsibilities to service team
- Train new staff on customer service, restaurant procedures, and POS systems
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a positive and professional team environment
- Conduct regular briefings and team meetings

3. Support Business Efficiency and Service Quality
- Collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth coordination
- Assist with stock control and ordering of front-of-house supplies
- Prepare rosters and ensure adequate staffing during peak times
- Implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Report operational issues or improvement opportunities to management

- Proven experience in a similar front-of-house supervisory or managerial role

Qualification Requirements:

- Relevant Diploma or Advanced Diploma (if applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience

Wage: From $70,000 to $80,000 + Super

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
