**Responsibilities**
- The accurate and rapid filling and labelling of bottles, tins, and boxes.
- Constructing and taping cartons.
- Operating a semi-automatic filling machine.
- Packing finished products securely into cartons.
- Picking and packing customer orders and attaching shipping labels.
- Stacking cartons onto pallets and securing pallets appropriately.
- Monitoring quality and rectifying inconsistencies where needed.
- Packing gift boxes.
- Ensuring all packaging items that contain liquid are leak-free.
- Monitoring and tracking of inventory.
- General warehouse organisation and cleaning.
- Actively participate in risk management and escalate safety issues appropriately.
- Actively seek to find ways to improve and optimise workflow and processes.
- Contribute to building a positive working environment.
- Other duties as reasonably requested.
**You Will Possess**
- An interest in plants.
- Minimum 6 months manufacturing worker experience.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality to ensure that every product is consistently shelf-ready.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Autonomy and self-management to maintain a high output of work even when unattended.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to take direction and learn fast.
- Hold flexible work hours.
- A good level of physical strength and fitness.
**Highly Desirable**
- A curiosity to analyse and optimise processes.
- A desire to learn and take direction.
- An understanding of OHS legislative requirements.
