Sydney (Newtown HQ)
We're looking for a hands-on Production Coordinator to join MAYE, a fast-growing women's global lifestyle ecommerce brand. This role is perfect for a detail‑driven operator who loves turning beautiful design into delivered product — working within a great team to launch on schedule, hit margin targets and meet quality standards.
Who We AreAt MAYE, we're not just a fashion brand — we're a community built on connection and intention. We believe style should feel effortless and confidence comes from being true to yourself. Our world is grounded in authenticity, shaped by individuality, and fuelled by warmth. We celebrate women who embrace their own path and grow with resilience, creativity, and ease.
About the RoleYou'll coordinate the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for apparel: from new development and sampling through to bulk production and product go‑live. You'll be the connective tissue between suppliers and our internal teams — keeping WIPs tight, the Critical Path on track, and communication clear.
Key Responsibilities· Coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for apparel from new development through to product go‑live.
· Maintain WIP documents and keep all data accurate and up to date.
· Supplier communication and management to deliver against key performance criteria (Delivery, Price, Quality, Service).
· Coordinate and execute tasks to meet Critical Path dates, proactively flagging risks and recovery plans.
· Support PO raising and management, including updates, approvals and delivery tracking.
· Liaising with Freight forwarder to arrange logistics from offshore supplier to 3PL warehouse in AU and USA.
· Negotiate supplier pricing to achieve margin targets, recommending options that balance cost, quality and speed.
· Build strong internal relationships and workflows with Marketing, eComm, Customer Service and Management to ensure launch readiness.
About You· You have impeccable time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
· You're a clear, open communicator who builds positive relationships with stakeholders.
· Ideally 3+ years' experience in a production role within fashion/apparel.
· Strong analytical, efficient and problem‑solving skills; calm under pressure.
· You're highly practical, logical and proactive — you use savvy thinking to stay ahead and keep things moving.
· Confident in Excel and across Microsoft Office programs; comfortable with WIPs, trackers and margin calcs.
· A collaborative team‑player who can also own your workload and day‑to‑day responsibilities.
Why You'll Love It Here· Impact: Your work directly delivers the product our community loves — you'll see the results live.
· Growth: Opportunity to deepen your supplier management, sourcing and margin ownership.
· Community: Join a supportive, design‑led team who genuinely love what they do.
How to ApplyIf this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you Apply now and be part of the MAYE team. Please include:
· A short cover letter (150–200 words) on why you're interested in this role, plus three words that describe you.
Only successful candidates will be contacted.
