**Job Description**:
The primary purpose of this role is to purchase components, liaise with Suppliers, manage inventory levels and accuracy to facilitate Rotomoulding Production. The Carrum Downs site produces a diverse range of products meeting demand from many different industries.
The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in meeting our targets around Safety, DIFOT, EBIT and our strategic objectives to increase the use of recycled content in our products.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Purchasing Raw Materials and Finished Goods in alignment with PACT’s procurement policy
- Stock Accuracy and Inventory Control as per monthly targets
- WHSE Support and Involvement as determined by the Operations Manager
- P Card Purchasing and approval processing
- Supplier selection, assessment and liaison on progress, ETA and supplier site visits
- Communication with accounts, supplier online enquiries and procurement head office
- Create, update Vendor Information in SAP and maintain pricing data
- Manage Stockcounts in accordance with PACT procedures
- SAP Data Management working with the centralised PACT Master Data Team
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- SAP and Coupa experience
- Manufacturing experience in a similar role
- Time Management, prioritising workload to meet given time frames
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, shipping and dispatch documents and procedure manuals.
- Ability to communicate via routine reports and to speak effectively before groups of employees
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
- Exercise initiative and be self-reliant.
- Identify and suggest areas for possible improvement in processes and procedures
- Participate as an effective team member and assist others where possible within other functional areas

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year TAFE or University; or up to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
