About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our print production team. In this leadership role, you will coordinate daily workflows, uphold quality standards, and ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. You will play a vital role in shaping the culture of our production floor—mentoring staff, improving processes, and driving excellence in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the print production team, including scheduling, workflow management, and progress tracking.
- Oversee the full production lifecycle, from project setup to final dispatch, ensuring accuracy and consistency at every stage.
- Perform hands-on tasks as required, including operating equipment.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to meet our high standards.
- Mentor, support, and train team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace.
- Maintain and manage production equipment, arranging repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in print production or a related manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage workflows and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgement under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
