Requirements & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with ideally 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across the full development stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications with end-to-end ownership of the development lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Develop intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using , HTML, and CSS.
  • Design and implement efficient, scalable database schemas.
  • Integrate and maintain third-party services such as CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Train custom AI models and integrate AI capabilities via APIs, including model fine-tuning for specific business use cases.
  • Optimize performance across the tech stack and ensure best practices for data security and API authentication.
  • Support the team in day-to-day development operations, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making.
  • Contribute to building new user-facing applications and internal tools to support business growth.
  • Work independently to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and drive projects from concept to deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally 2 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Proficient in , Python, , HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong backend development experience, including RESTful API architecture and authentication.
  • Hands-on experience with AI model training, API-based integrations, and AI fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles.
  • Experience with scalable systems and performance optimization.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
