The Student Engagement Coordinator is a key support role within the Student Recruitment team at Risepoint. Working closely with the Student Engagement team, this role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure prospective students receive timely, accurate and helpful information throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.

We partner with universities to develop, launch and grow high-quality, affordable online programs to help more students access education and advance their careers. Our Australia-based team is part of a global network dedicated to fostering student success, strengthening institutional partnerships, and driving innovation in student engagement.
How You Will Make An ImpactThis entry-level role is ideal for someone starting a career in education, customer service or sales support. You will be organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to support student outcomes through high-quality service.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate administrative support across multiple university partners
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective students by managing shared inboxes and responding to SMS campaigns
- Assist with outreach to leads who have paused or disengaged to encourage re-engagement
- Support the enrolment team with call tasks, chat inquiries, and lead follow-up
- Ensure student data is accurately maintained in internal systems and CRMs
- Support a positive enrolment experience for every student you interact with
- Student Outreach Assistance
- Contacting warm leads who have enquired about our partner programs
- Administrative Support
- Managing the general inboxes for our university partners
- Emailing leads accurate information and responding to SMS campaigns in a timely manner
- Data Integrity and Administrative
- Ensuring student records are kept up to date so that students receive the correct information regarding their application and/or enrolment
- Education
- Completion of a Bachelor degree or working towards a tertiary qualification
- Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or support, sales support, or education-related fields (highly regarded but not essential)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Preferred: familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Client service-oriented with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to relate well to others with integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Location Requirements
- Occasional interstate travel is required
