**About the role**

As a **Program Benefits Realisation Lead**, you’ll be accountable for uplifting Australian Retirement Trust’s (ART's) benefits management and realisation maturity and will be integral to the Enterprise Portfolio in the oversight and delivery of operational benefits and value to the fund and our members.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will oversee and advise on the return on investment of project and portfolio spend throughout the Benefits Management Lifecycle (Identify/Plan/Realise/Report), ensuring identified benefits are attributable, quantifiable, and measurable for both financial and non-financial outcomes.
You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and enhancing relationships with key program stakeholders, ensuring that information is accurate, timely and relevant.

- Experience in project delivery and/or project finance roles, and benefits realisation management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of implementing and maturing a Benefits Realisation Framework and associated processes and tools.
- Strong understanding of Project Finance and the project lifecycle.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively partner and influence at a senior/executive management level.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex information into insights that are easily understood.
- Forward thinking, inquisitive and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proven team player with strong relationship management skills and a customer-centric outlook.
- Strong influencing skills, whilst having the ability to negotiate and be open to change within a project environment.
- Intermediate level Excel and Word skills.
