**About the Role**:
NHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL to join our Sales team in Adelaide.
Reporting to the Sales Manager
- Projects, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships and increasing NHP’s market share throughout South Australia.
**Technical training & support will be provided**
Other responsibilities include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with switchboard builders and key industry stakeholders
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and exceed expectations
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity and market opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to drive business growth
**Ideally you will have / be**:
- **Strong knowledge of switchboards, standards and the switchboard building industry**:
- Proven experience in business development and managing client accounts
- An ability to ‘listen to the customer’ & translate their needs into business solutions
- Results driven with a focus on achieving business objectives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
